Not sure of the mob, but was in RCoD ... golem I believe...
EDIT:
I had a fellow guildy of mine tell me that anything that a vendor would buy for more than 1 copper was not a quest item.
Not sure if this is true, but this sold to a vendor (with 142 CHA) for 44.7.6.2

Guildy is correct about the 1cp for Omens Armor Quest Items. So you will know not to sell a item to the NPC merchant if he only offers you 1cp.
However, This is only true for the Silk,Leather,Chain and Plate Omens Armor Quest.
Omens Faction Quest items sell and buy back from NPC merhcants for much more. Same is true for other omens drop quests.
Just wanted to clear that up and confirm :)

Had this drop from the golems in bloodfields too.
