To save some time, there's been a lot of debat about this weapon's value. Its mostly a matter of prospective. Some would find it to be an awesome weapon, while others would not bother to loot it off the corpse. I remember, long before Kunark, this would have been considered somewhat how Wurmslayers are considered now...there's better out there, but not too much. Many of the younger players still take this stance, to a lesser extent however, for there are still better that they know of; but, for them, this waeapon is an incredible upgrade to their rusty/tarnished/regular/bronze/fine steel weapons. As a druid, I know, at level 10, I would have flipped out about this weapon. I DID flip out about a fine steel warhammer as a wee hobbit in the Thicket as I defended 'Vale against an onslought of fire bettles and other unfriendly critters.
Well, now, unfortunally, we're pretty jaded. I'll laugh at the Wrath Bone Hammer(8/36?)(unsure) and not attach much value to a Centi Warhammer(15/32)(800pp). The Bone Handled(12/24? 1:2)(2.5k) Scimitar's decent, and the Scimitar of the Emerlard Jungle(20/34)(14k) is OK until you go epic with the Nature Walker's Scimitar(20/30 + wrath of nature)(epic no drop). Even the Epic weapon isn't great. My view after having it all. Wrath of Nature and 20 wis do get old, even on a 20/30 ratio. If I ever saw this weapon, it would not take up one of my slots which are in short supply, despte my Tinkers' bags and my Rallic Pak.
So, two completely different views, and mine alone, and look at the debat! Its about what you have, what you've seen, and how much your ego has inflated =/ For me, its a bit too much...far too much...
If you don't like it, let it rot. If you think its ubber, use it! Anywhere inbetween? Loot and sell or give away. Its all that can really be said!
Just a last note: My prices are from Rallos Zek. I'm aware items cost signficantly more on some servers.

Yeah hi...Bone handled scimitar is not valued amongst druids for it's dmg/dly..it's for it's 8 wis in primary slot. Also to say the druid epic isn't that good, well it's 20 wis primary with a nice effect....what do you want instead? Primal Velium warsword? mabey you'd like whistleing fists? Sorry man but these aren't for druids...because druids aren't made to melee..and how on earth did you have the epic at lvl 36? Crazy stuff man crazy stuff...

Well, I like bone handled scimitar for its stats AND its damage/delay. True, druids don't usually melee, but I play this game for fun and sometimes that involves whacking on things with focus and snake stick haste with a potion of draconic rage ( 65 dd random proc potion ). That's a little out of proportion, heh, but I'm just giving an example. Don't assume other people have the same opinion as you. I hate wasting mana on greens when farming silks or pelts and I really don't feel like waiting for it to die from my clicky drones. I won't wield a weapon unless it has decent ratio in addition to stats, otherwise you might as well wield something that's not a weapon. I have a troll warrior smith and plan on making this biotch into a glyphed falchion for the damage/delay + 10 wis. Score!

I was given this excellent weapon by a nice passerby. i have used it to level up three different characters to at least 25. Up to this level it is great

This is like the 3rd or 4th MOST damaging 1hs weapon for druids in the game,I got mine from a friend at lvl 22 (44now)... I hit for up to 34 damage on a VERY good hit....I root/snare/dot kite the mob while wearing my Paw of opalla, then I switch to the 1hs when they turn to run, saves that lil bit of mana from being wasted therefor less medding down time..Great soloing weapon till you go for the EPIC...I could give a squat bout procs, NO weapon(other than EPIC) hits for as much with or without a proc....IF you know of another 1hs that can be used by a druid that hits for better damage with/out proc PLEASE post it here....

for dmg per swing it isnt as much, but the overall dps on icepaw warclaw (9/24 +3agi)is alot more than the falchion

he said best damaging and this is the 3rd best damaging 1hs not including velious or luclin.
YOu may want to tyr an Icepaw War claw if you haven't already. It's an 11 dmg and low delay 1hs weapon. the great thing about claws are since they weigh nothing they don't effect your stamina either. no so important when beating down a mob tring to flee but still handy. Oh, and it's the ONLY claw useable by Druids as well..

the claw you are thinking of is icetooth's claw, its not druid compatible, icepaw warclaw is compatible

I do, velium sword of greatness or something 13dmg 20dly all all i think it has some kinda proc too, nodrop, dropping in ToV, probably better than epic as far as dmg/dly..

I think this weapon is really weak for a druid. Sure it has a decent ratio but it doesn't do anything for your stats.
Bottom line, unless you are getting powerleveled find something with a wisdom bonus.

i just got this for my paladin lvl 20 hit for abotu 25 dmg each round with double attack working. if your like me you can get if off a newbie for 400 plat. otherwise i guess youll be paying the 800 plat or doing the camp. good luck on your journey.
