Ok you go into the Froglok castle/barracks. Go down a ladder and couple flight of stairs. And the @ the end of the hall is the froglok crusader. First time I saw him up so I killed him. Being LVL 65 I had NP with him. But there were two shammy's around each corner that were haveing NP healing him. So I would HIGHLY recommened takeing care of the healers if you are lower LVL. Droped tunic for me which I managed to pwn off for 8K. (on stromm server).
Also there is another named in the barracks on the first floor(after going down the ladder) That spawns in the middle of the three spawns along the wall. He drops crap for loot And usually has 2-5 shammy's healing him. So I wouldn't recommend to even bother with killing him.

Where exaclty can i find these guys? It say his faction is the living frogloks and he is in lower guk. i thought only the dead stuff was in lower guk

I was wandering around Lower Guk live side. (lost as usual) and went down into what looked like a Froglok Knight Barracks. after going down. i see down a long hall way a Froglok Crusader. i have never heard of this mob. so i shouted to see what he drops....hmmm responses make me want to kill. so i summon a pet. Burnout III and dmg shield him. Pet attack! nuke nuke nuke nuke. Dead Crusader. one mage with a Mithril runed tunic. (Make sure you go behind him to attack him if you are solo. there is another knight around the corner that was blue to me.
Soloing kill for a lvl 54 mage easy. :)

Was campin him last night and he is pretty tough. Hits for max of 120 and will lay hands when low on health. I suggest bringing class that can chain stun as well as a a good healer. Good luck!

This guy is higher than 42. He was yellow to me at 43.
