This mob is part of the paladin 2.0 epic quest.
Wont pop unless a paladin has triggered it but then is a random spawn in a 2 hour time frame.
Wont aggro lower level players either.

My daughter was playing a character in Crushbone and told me her group wiped to a "lvl 65 mob" ... I thought she was exagerating regarding the lvl of the mob (I mean, come on - lvl 65 in *Crushbone*?) ... (move forward a week) ... I go to Crushbone to begin the questing for the DoN cultural tradeskills and am wiping the zone (with my lvl 70 dru) ... when a mob spawned and within a few hits, I'm down to 80% life ... a few more 70% ... and then I realize the mob is DB con. No worries tho, rooted it, snared it and dotted it to death. ... Was just funny that a lvl 65 mob is in Crushbone now (I just feel for lower levels trying to xp there)
I was level 51 ranger at the time I saw him the 1st time and a level 65 ranger solo'd him. I was sitting next to the Orc Messenger when he spawned and he left me alone. He spawns about 1/EQ Day (1hr) I think. And unless you attack him, he leaves you alone if you aren't above a certain level it seems. I was killing Legos around him and he left me alone on next spawn (DoN armor initial quest).

Mob does not summon was an easy solo for 65 ranger. Mob is lvl 65

I believe you have the lvl work no way this mob is lvl 65
