Got this bp today. It increased my fast heal from 10% to 20% of the hps on my 15k tanks!!! That's with healing gift and adept masteries maxed. weeeeeeeeeee

Does the focus effect affect lifetaps? I would venture to say it does not, because it is beneficial only, but then again i have seen some "heal" boosting equipment/spells that have affected lifetaps. If so, this would be the SHEEEIT for eskays... even more than it already is lol
Yes, focus effects for healing affect lifetaps. As a BST i have my healing aa's and focus gear my 100 lifetap aug from DoN procs for 129 and if lucky can crit hit and crit heal at the same time for 500 heal.
Not that I know of.
It has the instrument mod for us Bards, the Focus effect for Clerics, the shielding for the Warriors, Paladins, and Shadow Knights.
Bards, Warriors, Paladins, and Shadow Knights could all use that +30 attack.
And regen +3 is nice for about anyone.
So it has a usefull element for all the classes listed.

Not to forget the focus also helps with paladin heals.
