I have Failed. Try as I might I have not the power to revive my brothers caught in this horrible fire. I have left the Ingot of the Reliant hidden on one of the stumps here in kithicor. One can jump from a fallen log in the middel of the ring to get to it with little effort. I will now take leave of this place and try to put the travesty out of my mind. Perhaps the shores of Lake Rathe will help ease my pain, but i fear even that tranquility will afford me no peace.

I found it in Kithicor Forest during the daytime in a burnt down house. Read it and all and couldnt' find the log that was able to jump to a stump. I did find something I thought was it, but the stump was impossible to reach.

The book is not used for anything per se. It contains information needed to find an item for one of the Temple of Sol Ro cleric quests.

I picked this lore item off a halfling guard in Misty Thicket. No idea why it is lore. No other useful stats. Is not the same ring in the Paw of Opolla quest.
