hunted in wos and nobels causway both for over an hour no drops. was on a 85 beastlord so kills where very fast
got 1 in draneks hollows pally mission.dont know how "common" they are.i'm in oow alot and i rarely have seen them.

its used to make any augment that has been cut and given a lvl 1 effect, and turns it into a lvl 2 effect. discordant scoraie turns it into lvl 3.
you can either have lvl 2 or 3, once its lvl 2 it can't be lvl 3, so you either go from lvl 1 to 2 or lvl 1 to 3
for example, you can add cleave to an aug. cleaved augs go from cleave 1 cleave 2 or cleave 3. thats how the lvls go. same as focuses, except those are oh say extended range 3 4 or 5.(with a wide range of focuses out there).
