The Segment of Compressed Steel is NO TRADE loot off of a degrading guardian and a weathered clockwork. The only place I could find them was in the northeastern part of the zone in a closed off area, at /Loc 850, -866, -50 (approximately). They dropped for me more frequently off of the weathered clockworks, but both do drop it. It's not rare or uncommon, but does not drop every time. I also noted that after clearing these guys twice, a corrupted system spawned in their place a couple of times. Not sure if they are PH's or vice versa, but they don' drop anything unusual from the zone's loot table that I am aware of. Easy pickings for a lvl 82 rogue, didn't even need my healer merc up.

my Triv is 106 with mod 111 and made the combine got the message you can no longer advance from makeing this item . I was sure I could get it seeing that all the RQ triv for all the rest was around 100. Hope this helps
