This is no longer blue, glowing or easy to see. It now looks like two small brown twigs sticking out of the ground at a slight angle from each other.

Found on ground in bloodfields on way to ruined city of dranik
I found one of these on the floor in Nobles Causeway, in the trench where the murkglider's inhabit. The graphic on the ground looks like a Delightful Orb of Forgotten Magic.

A Soulstone Shard also drops from Coterie Corruptor in Tenebrous Mountains.
These are part of the Paladin Epic 1.5.
They are both groundspawns and MOB drops. They all identify as to what soul they are for.
There are 4 for Rithnok, 2 for Drema, 2 for Reiya.
I think that is all of them.

The shards are part of the epic 1.5 , not for 2.0 .
I found one at loc Pos 1035 Neg 245 in Dranik's Scar is for Pali Quest?

The shard from Tenebrous Mountains is for Drema's off of a Coterie Corrupter in the Coterie Castle near the North-east section of the zone. No one has posted where Drema's second soulshard is, however Drema Young has been found in the North-east corner of Mons Letalis. Drema Young is thought to be the turn-in NPC for the Drema soulshards. Have someone cast identify on you so that you don't get the Drema and Rithnok soulstones confused. Also, you will find the soulstones on the ground, as look like light-blue wisps that are not moving.

Rumour goes that if you have Drema's Soulstone (the combiner) and the shard from the Coterie Corrupter you should zone into PoN and you'll get a message from a mob which will have the next shard.

This seems to be linked to the new quest for Paladin epic, not sure if its for 1.5 or 2.0 yet. Also there seems to be 4 of them and no one has posted on where the 4th lies and weather its another ground spawn or a droped item.

the fourth one drops off the cortier corruptor in tenebrous mts he a timed spawn took him down first day but needed a lot of help he is unslowable and very resistant to nukes he hits for 350-400

I killed him the other day with my 61 warrior, 2-box 65 druid and had my friends 50 rogue. Fight took a few mins, druid was main healer ended the fight at about 30% mana. But in all the fight wasn't hard by anymeans.

there is one in Bloodfields straight west i tihnk not sure from wall in middle of zone in one of teh huts with Nocs in them not sure on loc

It's a ground spawn in Dranik's Scar. I can't remember where I picked one up, though.
