Spell: Ring of Barindu  

 

When I dinged 52 in June 2005, I decided not to spend the 357pp on this spell since I wasn't going to Barindu any time soon. But when I recently dinged 55, I had more plat, so I figured I'd buy this and the Circle of Barindu spell. To my surprise, the price has gone down! This spell now costs only 16.799pp, and the Circle spell is 23.099.

First I don't have Omens, but purchased the spell (356p 9g 9s 9c with 143 cha for both ring and circle spells at same price each). Furthermore, was able to port to Barindu. Had seen on a thread somewhere that it was Omens. Obviously the <need OOW> is inaccurate. of course, Barindu is a GoD zone, so this may be why? Anyway, can confirm that spell works without having Omens of War expansion.

All these ports can be bought from Verna Leinar in Abysmal Sea (she sells all the barindu ports/TL.)
