Ivisibility work there?
Not in my experience - the bats, spiders and giants see through invis.
If you are lucky you could pacify your way through, but the giants tend to agro through doors.

I can confirm the Location -1569 -386, this location is in the Fire Giant Room
I didn't have time to click /loc (lol), I performed a suicide run to pick up the item (gated with 33% life left haha).
The groundspawn is at the foot of the throne in King Tranix's room. There are two ways to get there. One is a short swim under the lava, the other is the long way to the Fire Giant castle. There are less mobs to deal with if you go the "under lava way".
