It dropped off 'A mountain giant tump' from inside the giant fort. I had killed countless mountain giant tumps in the northeast part of Frontier Mountains and none dropped it.
Finicky RNG or the only ones that drop it are in the giant fort? Who knows. I got mine.

frontier mountains at giant fort camp today is where i dropped this.also bracelet ground drop is located by war epic 1.0 npc in very back of mine in the giant fort.

ok...to correct myself. The bracelet isn't this thing. and I cant find any info on the Bracelet I found there in the back of the fort. Any ideas on this would be nice. It is monk only. iksar/human no stats and 0.0 wt.

Ok..if this is right then it appeared to be a ground spawn in the back of the giant fort all the way back in the cave there in FM. Not sure but we was killing the two named giants there and I picked this up off the ground../log file doesnt' show me the party looting it so it must be the ground spawn.

The Kromdul Bracelet is used in the Shackle of Tynnonium Iksar monk quest. Specifically, used for the "Test of Peace of Mind" portion of the quest. If you receive a light grey tome from the Tombkeeper in Kaesora upon surrendering your Shackle of Steel, then a Kromdul Bracelet is what you need to finish the quest.
