Give the map to Morin in Kithicor Forrest (at the ranger outpost) for a ranger only 1hs weapon. It's good xp if you aren't a ranger too.

Hey, I killed this ghoul since I saw one of track, and I never seen it before. I didn't get a "Detailed Map of K", but a "Stragetic Map of K". I'll send it in as the pic, I wonder if its the same thing? O well, I guess I'll read up on it! =)

Looks like a spell or sewing pattern. Drops off of the Ghoul Messenger in West Karana.
