Muramite Gemstone of Fortitude  

 

I can hardly imagine anyone putting this in a type 8 slot that they have available. There are so many other types of 7-8 augs that are very easily available and now tradable that to put this on one of your armor pieces seems just a waste. Its almost weird to see it alone without the +35 HP or the +35 mana like I would expect it to have.
Could be its a mistake and the HP or mana was omitted by accident. Especially when its a drop from a semi-tough mob that hits for 1300-1600 and also drops https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=27626
