Anyone know if the Stun Proc will work on mobs up to level 65? Just curious!!

proc works only up to level 55 mobs
This one now DOES summon. I tried soloing him on my level 59 druid, pet didn't get aggro and he kept summoning me and hitting anywhere from 200-402. Most hits were in 200 range. Good thing he didn't see invis, so, CR wasn't that bad. After looting my corpse, I charmed a hynid and had it attack him, hynid lasted barely enough time for me to mem Egress and cast. A couple of minutes later, a 65 shaman shouted out he was dead. So, hes still soloable, just not at 59.

The stun has a 30dd as well and not 0 like the text says.

for dps fleshgrinder, for tuant this.
you'd be surprised. Don't under estimate FG. That weapons proc is great taunt.
Anyone know if the stun in the proc works on higher level mobs, I know it worked on my 54 warrior in an ldon, but wondering about some higher planar mobs.

The Kyv Heartpiecer was taken down last night by a 65 Beast and a 62 enchanter and droppped this sword. We are still trying to figure out how he can wield a sword and shoot arrows with it equipped :-( Sold the sword in the bazaar for 10kp on the Saryrn server.

This guy is very easy for a 65 druid.
I've gotten very few resists on snare/root with this guy.
You do have to stay awake while in Natimbi though.
While pulling its not that mobs will catch up, they tend to basically teleport themselves to your location when dealing with non-flat terrain.
This i have found to be annoying, running full speed with soe flying across the zone and still getting hit for 500 a pop.. /sigh
Also most mobs run at or above sow speed, and one type forget exact name, but they are the doggy like guys near the zone to Q, are damn near sow speed after being snared..
I have seen this guy spawn in 4 places so far..
1. tower across river from camp.
2. walking back and forth on the bridges.
3. platfrom at end of bridges
4. platform to the west of ent to Quinimi or however you spell it..
I have also read that if and when he does shoot his arrows he may mana tap you. ( i havent seen him or at least notice it yet)
Also random mobs in the zone do have a chance of dropping the items that the names drop.
Got the neck piece with Aura of courage last night off a random mob.
One last note, as i have had to save some explorers already, the named Restless soul, Tumia Lehio, is unsnareable/rootable hits for 400s if i remeber right.. so make sure you have your running shoes on if planning on soloing, etc.

Kyv Heartpiercer...Darkblue con to 65...high HP...LOW Resist...Does NOT summon..Does run at about 15% health...Has the Noc type proc when you get within melee range (550 dd/dot) the dot is minimal so no worries...Hits for 500's so keep clear...He also casts a "Skull Pierce" spell...never paid attention to it..I think its a small dd but you have the icon for a few min...doesnt lower stats tho..not that I have seen with my 65 bard....
Fast run speed like all other GoD mobs. easy bard kite, decent necro kill, and prolly a lil tough for a dru..maybe not if root will hold tho..His melee range is WIDE so I cna see a dru having trouble.
He seems to spawn in any spot where a Noc Darlurch can spawn...But the places I have seen him are on the lil platform straight out from then tents on the hill....then saw him on the 2 platforms near the static Cragwalker ponds.
I have killed him about 10 times...he drops this sword (Will have a graphic when he has it) then a No drop lvl 50 berserker tome...Tome of Rage?..Then the normal gear that all the name dmobs in natimbi drop (Swift Scavenger, Fierce Cragwalker, Named souls/potameids)
BTW when you pull him or any mob in zone the best place to kite is the beach near the restless souls..no adds...but if you pul him there..aggro and run liek hell....do not stop ..he WILL catch up I promise lol
Sold this Sword for 15k the first night the expansion was out...But if ya wanna farm it its not that bad of a camp...he sometimes spawns back to back sometimes down for an hour...but quite frequent tho

Easy kill for 65 Druid. Even easier with DC pet, although Kyv soon chews DC pets up if you're not quick on heals.
I kited him with my 53 bard.. was a pain in the the butt. I think he only shot me once or twice. Very cool looking mob. Dropped a Bracer

Dropped from Kyv Heartpiercer in Natimbi - The Broken Shores.
Done by 65 ranger, 65 shaman, 58 necro. Shaman had enough mana left over to probably drop the necro and still make it.
He pops on the wooden bridges area, I guess you'd call it.

I solo'd Him and got this with my 65 Necro. I know he is an archer but he did not seem to shoot me but once. I agro kited him.
