Is this thing supposed to disappear after making the red rust dye? Or is it a bug thingie?

I doubt if the author of the previous thread is still waiting for an answer. (almost 6 years) What the heck -- Here's the answer. NO. The Med Clay Jar is used for non-tradeskill combines. For example, my cleric mixes fungus, plant or mineral extracts with resin(s) to make dyes for some tailoring recipes. I don't think EQ foods get stale or spoil. (The inventory in your bank is sterile and properly refrigerated, I am sure. Does anyone know the name of the EQ health inspector?)
does storing food in this make it last longer or is that just a rumor?
