This weapon for Ranger only is a poor example of what a weapon should be. Considering the difficulty in getting to the zone, the low delay, and the lack of compansating stats on this weapon (vs 2 1 handed weapons) Makes this a bad choice for any Ranger to equip.
Arrowflinger i think youll find your Shaded Dagger is 11/22 and that your off hand centi doesnt have a dmg bonus, unless you put it in your mainhand that is ;)

Bleh, not really too good of a weapon, you'd do better with 2 15/20 1h's unless you were in pvp or something: (and since most retards who post here wouldn't understand my reasoning, i'll list it) 1) you get more stats/procs from 1h's 2) 20 dly on a 2h weap nets you about 14dmg bonus, and 2h weaps are mainly powerful because of their 2h dmg bonus, which this weap lacks. 3) If you want an example, look at the Runed Fighters Staff, it used to be the best weapon in the game, then they changed 2h dmg bonus to be related to delay and now it's one of the worst, it's 19/20.
Woodsman Staff Version 2.0 -------------------------- With Kunark came the woodsman staff to give rangers a reason to use 2hb in the first place. With PoP this staff comes out to make all those rangers who originally worked 2hb feel justified and those who didn't happen to work 2hb have a reason to.
I am so gload I worked once on my 2HB when I was a child playing in Maiden's Eyes while fear kiting gorangas. With a delay like this, a person could rapidly go from a low to a high skill rather quickly. I presume that the person whom looted this did not have the damage bonus class modifiers, but that may be based on the delay of the weapon -- any smart people out ther whom could give us a hand with this -- Is there a damage bonus for this if properly looted by a ranger?
I did not fear them -- just got a necro/bard friend back in the day to fear them for me:-) ... level 53 seems so long ago, but it was decent exp for a non guilded ranger at the time :-)
Bonus damage is based on your LEVEL and what type of weapon. It has nothing to do with damage/delay. I forgot when it starts, but I remember in the 30's sometime, you start getting 'bonus damage' and it's up to about 7 right now with 1HB/S with me. It will increase faster or slower dependent upon your class.
Actually delay does make a difference on 2 handers. Anything with a delay over 40 will have a higher dmg bonus (although this may only apply to warriors, paladins, and shadow knights... I am not 100 percent sure about rangers but I think it affects them too)

OK, without flaming I want to ask one favor; please don't retort to other's claims when you don't have all the information. You are correct when it comes to 1 handed weapons, however, with two handers the dmg bonus is absolutely related to the delay. The higher the delay, the higher the bonus. Since you are a bard, i guess its understandable for you to not know this, but if this is the only class you have ever played and never wielded a two hander, please refrain from posting information about which you have little or no knowlege. The only reason this weapon doesn't have a dmg bonus is because the person who took the screen shot must have been a caster because they don't get dmg bonuses. If im wrong let me know :)
I believe dmg bonus comes from every additional delay point above the delay of 40, i.e a 2h weapon with 45 in delay would have an added dmg bonus of 5. not completely sure if thats all the dmg bonus you get, tho, it might also be level-dependant. :)

Posted:Nov 30 2002 at 12:10 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I'm not quite sure how it works, but at 41 and a ranger, I have a dam bonus of 5 on my shaded dagger, 15/20, wicked stats, typical ME loot, and I believe a dam bonus of 5 on my off hand centi ss. I do know that it is dependent on lvl though.
It looks like the icon. It's a pole with the forked end, with a green ball inbetween the prongs. It's pretty sweet looking, but it's not that large, it's more the side of a 1h weapon than a 2h.
The Imbued Great Staff of Disease has the same graphic icon and it looks like a wand with the end just like the graphic, looks pretty nice.. I assume this is the same.
