Well I am still trying to figure out why I am doing this quest besides the fact that I am a Rogue. Running all over picking pockets having my butt handed to me by offended DE Rogue guildmasters, not to mention the thought of dishing out several thousand for the Sketch book in PoK. Haha not to mention running scared in PoHate not knowing my way around ... for what to make a poison/weapon proc that is -5 resist to all mob saves. Oh well I had the GM Seal, now I have the GM Vial, may as well have the Master sketch.
But is it really worth it.

The Master Sketch is needed for most PoP poison combines. Here are the steps you must complete in order to obtain it.
1)Skill Make Poison up to 250.
2)Make your Grandmaster's Assassin Vial (Sealed Poison Vial + Artisan's Seal) Make Poison trivial: 250
3)Complete the Rogue Redemption quest in order to get a Burning Rapier.
4)Give the Burning Rapier and the head of Lon the Redeemed (Level 45 NPC in temple of Solosek Ro) to Pazin Punox to recieve your Vein Rot Sketch. (Pazin Punox can be found in the Rogue's guild in Neriak Third Gate.)
5)Give Shrieking Ahlspiess, found off a named Abhorrent in the Plane of Hate, to Ysanna MacGibbon. (Ysanna is located in the second floor of the bank in Halas.) She will give you the Sluggish Sketch.
6)Pickpocket A Crumpled Note from Expin; found in the rogue guild in Kelethin. Give him the note and you will recieve the Remiss Sketch.
7)Make the following PoP poisons: Dreams of Drusella, Wasted Flesh, and Rage of Incapacitation and combine in a coffin bottle summoned by the Grandmaster Aassassin's Seal. (see quest). Give the combined poisons to Lobal Postugger in the rogue's guild in Ak'Anon. He will give you the Dip Resist Sketch.
8)Buy the Sketch Book from the poison merchants in the Plane of Knowledge and combine all four sketches in it to recieve your Master Sketch.

There should really be a step between 2 and 3 that says to complete the Grandmasters Assasin Seal quest. That includes gathering up the following items and returning them to Renux in WK (She must con Warmly or better to get quest). - See quest details on allakhazam for what to say... items you need are:
Iron Dimethyl
Soul Burn
Spirit of Sloth
Mages Bane
Suseptible Essense
Warlord's Rage
Rending Swiftness
Twisting Disorientation
Eyerazzia (Drops off Scarelings in Fear)
Grandmaster Assassin Seal
Talk to Renux, she gives you a box. You combine the above 10 items in the box an hand back to Renux for GM Assassin Seal.
I just completed GM Assasin Vial, GM Assasin Seal, and Master sketch tonight and am elated... I've been collecting parts and skilling up for a long time =)

I think you mean Grand Master Assassin's Vial not seal in the combine bit's. But be ready to either spend some plat or take a while making the Artisans Seals. I spent 35k yesterday trying to successfully make the vial before i finally made it. And that was with 250 skill and geerlok.
Any one have any information on where you get this and all the other sketches used in making advance poisons? any info would be fantastic.
