This item drops from earth elemental in Najena. I would think that there would be a different internal ID for the dropped item than for the foraged item, but the info panel is the same as the one listed above.
Foraged in the Grey 19 in a three hour session. Vendor (Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar) offered 2 silver 9 copper to level 2 monk with 143 Cha and no faction...tried to sell at one plat in the bazaar so I assume no one has found a recipe yet...and neither have I...bazaar prices on bertox as of 12/31/2005 range from 5 g to 5 plat..

The small ball of clay drop in Najeena on Al'Kabor, which was frozen before the mid-PoP patch. So it was at least added before LoY came out, and before the mid-PoP patch.

Dropped from earth elementals in Najena, along with hardened brick of clay (which is used for what....?).
Well, the problem with EQtraders at the moment is it seems their hard-drive died, so they are using a pre-LDoN hard-drive just to keep afloat until they can figure out what to do to get back the post-LDoN info they lost. So its unlikely you'll find that annoying little ball of clay on EQtraders at the moment, I would think it has something to do with pottery. Then again, knowing EQ, it could be anything.

EQ Traders doesn't show a known recipe either. I've attempted a lot of different combines without success to date, with first assumption that this could be made into a "small block of clay" or another size combination of clay block for use in pottery.
I somehow seem to keep things forever, and then a week or so after selling or deleting find a use for it. I'm a halfling tailor and can just see kicking myself months later similar to when I got rid of all those USELESS "tuft of dire wolf fur" only to find out - what, I could of used them to make a 100% weight reduction bag - arghhhhhhh!!!!
