Trinket of Suffering (statless) Sells for 95 plat 2 gold 3 silver 8 copper at vendor Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar (human Monk level 2 charisma 141).
Sells for 95pp got around 20 of them today.
LoY quest items are all NO DROP. This item is just a trinket, as advertised.

Was searching for the earring Trinket of Suffering in bazaar and found this for 1000pp. I sent a tell to the trader and he said he got it in Nadox and had no clue what it was for either. Must be an undiscovered quest, or possibly Magician research, since the other classes use only words, runes, and pages. But I think the Mage research items are flagged with the "This item can be used in tradeskills" line and this doesn't have it, so must be a quest item. Oh well good luck =)
