Im gonna be doin a lot of Tak ldons till i can get 2 more of these...
already got one and put it on my Double Edged Ga`Nak. Im gonna get 2 more and put one each on my Copper Hammer and Bloodsworn. This is gonna be one dwarf who will get the agro lol...

Yes, this Aug does work on bows, I just placed this bad boy on my 45 Ranger's Blessed Faydark Thunderbolt. It was a plesent suprise when it proc'ed on the very first shot, this extra bit of damage should really help me with my bow kiting skills until I reach level 51 and start putting points into AA's for my bow skills.

Im a lvl 55 Warrior and i currently use Wind-Worn Handblade 12/18 shards of sorrow proc with the heated blade proc added. And in off-hand i use Sword of the Bloodsworn 12/19 planar strike proc with heated blade added also. With these two together, lvl 60's have a hard time pullin aggro off me. Just a lil advice out there for warriors that need a lil x-tra aggro. Good luck.

The augment is marked lore, how do you get it on both weapons? Does the lore tag only apply to the augment in it's natural form?

Just grabbed one of these for my Hammer of Silent Screams.
So now when in MM i have three procs
180hp heal from the hammer
50dd from the aug
243dd to undead from nife

I did something similar, I added it also to the Hammer of Silent Screams, which has 180 Heal Proc at level 1, but instead of undead proc(which is great for LDON in BB, but not much elsewhere) I went and quested my Divine Might Proc, so now I have a 50dd Fire Based proc, a 180 heal Proc, and a 65dd magic based Proc with a zero second stun. After completing this combo a few times, I finally decided on my surname, HodgePodge DaAggroKing. Beautiful, this weapon will probably be with me for awhile. And all for 40 points and a hammer you can buy for 500pp in Bazaar.

40points cost slot 4 only meaning blades i think, none of other weapons has that slot
I am a Bst ... currently using a Naraithus which is 13/22. I saw for 100 APs in Ruj a Ruj. Stone Spear which is 10/20 BUT has 3 aug slots ... 1 type 4 and 2 type 1. Add this little fire based proc and I think I will be better off.
Key word here is THINK ... we shall see in about a week.
BTW my dex is 230 fully buffed and OMG if a bard in group ... hehehe

Justsics' post should be qualified: "All weapons {pre-LDoN} have a Type 4 slot." There are many weapons from Adventure merchants that have procs already so they do not have Type 4 aug slots. The Gemmed Mace is one.
As for this aug, my mage is getting it for the rare times he has (or choses) to melee. A random 50 point blast is nice. Maybe one for my SK's bow also.

Hmm, Wonder if you could put this on a bow... 50 hp dmg in addition to my bow's damage.. is nice.

Yes this aug proc from Nro (Takish) that costs 40points and does indeed proc 50dd....is type 4 and WILL fit on a Bow that has a type 4 slot.

weapons can have two procs.
mmmm Warrior with double procs on each blade....theres some tauntage.
I wonder if this would stack with another proc on the weapon. For instance, I can attach this to my Natures Defender (Tunare Paladin weapon). The Natures Defender already has a 150dd stun proc. With this augment would I now have two proc's or would one cancel out the other? If anyone happens to find out please post.
Or you could go with Icicle strike 75dd for 100 point at the EF camp.

yes but i'd reccomend going and buying the 75 disease based dd proc Rujarkian Mist augment from the Rujark Adventure merchants in EC for 190 points. the dd does more and since it's disease it's going to be resisted alot less
Its actually a poison check on Rujarkian Mist, but what you said still holds true.
