Is there an item that helps with reagent conservation for spells above 60?

Fire resist on this item is +10 not +12

I guess the question I have is at what level does the RC III start to work, any or do you have to be 63rd?

works at level 1 untill level 60. for above level 60 you need reagent conservation IV

I have tried it at lvl 58 and it worked - so lvl 63 is not needed for effect.

*All* worn effects, including focus effects like this one, work at any level, even on items that have a recommended level. You can put this on a level 1 character and the effect will work as well as it would for a lvl 65, although the stats will stink because of the Rec. Lvl.

Just a quick question about RC items... do multiple items give you multiple chances of conserving reagents...the equivalent of a "save throw" for each of your RC items ? I'm not talking about stacking, I'm talking about increased odds though.
I don't recall seeing an answer to this anywhere. If they don't, then I'd have to agree that the level 63 tag seems a bit of a waste. Stick +40 FR on it instead of +12 though and it has some use in certain situations.

Multiple focus items of the same name do not stack with one another in EQ. It would be wonderful if they did though :)
Maybe they will add a focus augment item into he game? RC III becomes RC IV. Just a thought..

The item is for the neck slot, not the arms. And this is an RC3 item, not an MP item. So I really don't understand how this item relates at all to your sleeves.
It is a droppable item, so I would suggest selling it in the bazaar. If you don't sell in the bazaar, why don't you give it away !!!

Or perhaps off a visiting diplomat from Takish-Hiz, yes? Like finding D'Vinn in Crushbone. Lots of things make sense when you decide it's ok to take the time to look at it.
I do think once again Verant is ******** people with type III focus effects in a 60+ dungeon though. /sigh

Reagent Conservation III with Recommended Level 63. Just does not seem fair!
You'd think that a Royal Amulet of Takish-Hiz would be found in Takish-Hiz, wouldn't you?
