I got these for 2k in the bazaar for my level 35 ENC. I have to say, considering what they drop off of, they are not impressive compared to other mob drops from similar level mobs. HOWEVER, these are perfect for my character, I am quite happy with them and would have difficulty trading them out with a different pair of pants.
I agree for that lvl of mob thats pretty Cheesey loot,the other thing it drops is a ring not bad but bs for that mobs lvl.add a focus to the ring and legs rank 3 or 4 and then maybe someone will want that junk
Well, considering the mob this drops from doesn't have any spells it makes for an easy fight. Also The Book of Impracticality drops from same mob as Pants.

This is off a level SIXTY mob! Altho the 8 int is a good stat for leg items, overall, this is weak.
for the lvl of the zone, these are magicly gimptastic.
