This is pretty nice casual player achievable shoulder, me and a couple friends got one tonight on third Xaon spawn (belt on other 2), it was an upgrade from draconic pauldrons for our warrior.

Plus side is that the saves are nice, particularly since disease and poison are a tad tougher to find than cold and fire, and magic is always great to have around.
