very nice boots, until you get elemental ones of course =)
Then you'll have more reduction to mana cost.
But until then, these will do quite fine for the time being.

Actually... The Tier 1 planar armor was on the weak side for advancing through PoP progression. You were better off hitting Vex Thal for boots.

Moot point now - there's gear for 100pp in the bazaar.
