After reading the posts and getting the impression this is a rare drop of a rare mob....I figured buying it in bazaar for 2900p might free up a little time to farm plat instead.

I have killed the warlord about 6 times I think. Have hunted there a lot for exp and drops. Every single time he has dropped a bracer. I have yet to see either of his other drops.
iv killed um many time's & have only seen sword drop one time & face is also very rare. dont mind tho that bracer is very nice drop.

Anyone have a clue as to the proc lvl, I am a 48 and it still says will not suffic.... you know the drill, cant wait till it does to go next to frosty,, hehe, fire and ice, thanks

This weapon procs at lvl 50.
heh 13/24 would make it better then warrior epic, and tradable, off a level 50 something mob that several classes can solo. Sure, that makes sense.

this thing is actually pretty nice,as a bard with 200 dex unbuffed it procs a ton, really nice extra damage. :)
(btw 2 delay doesn't mean squat when you are max hasted in a group kk thx peace out.

what makes this a weapon that a tank would want is the fact it has a 100 point proc call that a high aggro increaser?

Don't take this as an attack, it's not meant to be one, but why would you call this a semi-slow delay when you wish it was only 2 less (ie "wish this was a 13/24"). A delay difference of 1/5 a second isn't that big of a deal. /shrug
actually it's a pretty big deal i mean how many times does your character swing their weapon over their lifetime? if it took you 104 days to get 65 and x many aa's with this weapon you might do it in like 96 days if it was 2 delay faster that's 8 days of your life back
