This is one of five pages that give clues to the Blood Spells quest. The pages can drop off any of the priest-type Broken Skull XXX mobs, including acolytes, advocates, and maybe proselytes along with the sycophants and initiates already listed. Casting Identify on the person holding the page will tell them the page number. (The EQ item number for this page as found via /outputfile inventory is 18918.)

You no longer need to read Troll to be able to read the pages (which is sort of a shame really). Despite hours of camping I never managed to get this particular page, but other sources report that it reads:

The high shaman has been sick for three weeks now. We can feel his spirit dying inside him. We also sense the power of Innoruuk around him. We pray and make sacrifices to hate in his name. Asking for power for Nadox. Still he shivers in torment of the spirits.

You don't actually need the pages to do the quest, but if you want to roleplay it or are just curious how people figured it out, you can bring the pages to quest-giver Grennik Neltrin near the lighthouse. If you're not an appropriate class (CLE/DRU/SHM) she eats the page. Otherwise she gives it back to you along with some response. I noted her reaction to the other four pages, but since I never found page 130 I can't say if she gives any further hints about it.
