To make it clear, because it was not to me, during the PoP era on progression servers, the recipe for this is simply Human Parts and Wormwood. The recipe that is linked above goes to the live recipe, which will not work on TLP because the Runed Potion Vial is not available on vendors. This information will save you from wasting money on Fangorth like I did.
There are actually 2 versions of this potions. The new player made version is stackable while the old player made version is not stackable. You can get the old version from the casino still as of 11-10-07 but they can not be combined into a 10 dose because they took out that recipe for alchemy.
