I just wanted to say that it dropped off of the coerced penkeeper in the undead blacksmith room right off of the room where you drop down onto the 3rd floor. He also dropped the key.

You are missing out on the point of INT... mana
for example at level 60 this robe with 4 int and 25 mana is the same as a straight 9int robe, not too shabby for the level obtained, although not worn by many 60's im sure, although one bought mine =)

True, the BCR is a great robe if you're a chanter, but everybody and their mother has one on Xev. If you want to look different go camp this one(and if you buy a robe that you could go camp you are downright nuts! Just my 2cp as I also hunted fer my BCR). This one gets added to my growing robe collection.
If you can afford it, and you have a BRC, reasons to buy it:
A: Good looks
B: Impress newbies
C: Almost no ones heard of these
D: Better then the BCR if you get taunt and have to get up close to it

It just isn't worth it. Not to mention, it looks like crap (not quite as bad as the blue fairy oracle). Just go grab an FBR because they are easy as hell to nab, and forget about the pathetic stats of this robe... you could even get an advisor *gasp*. At 47 soloing the advisor was a joke.. get a good grp of 25-30s in there with invis, you could take the room wicked fast with an enchanter(which hopefully you are=))... then just gate out, or train out. Stats are way better than this, and it doesnt make you look like a stupid lime.

Very rare robe. When I first got it, I was told it sold for 15k, though I think it sells for more like 9k . Ended up giving it to a friend as I couldn't find an enchanter with something equivalent price wise to trade.

Yes, this is off the Penkeeper. I got mine on the 3rd floor Penkeeper behind the one way door, tho I'm sure its also a drop off the Penkeeper close to where u fall from 2nd.Very nice robe, unique in color ( dont see to many ) and decent stats, hell if u r a chanter of any mirth you have 200 cha by the time u loot this anyway so who cares that it has no cha. But its still a desire only robe, if u need a cha bonus try others.
Also not that rare, got it on the 4th kill of Penkeeper..ie 6 hours
