Legacy of Ykeshawas in the spawnpiont for 2 hours today and he did not pop ... anyone knbow if this guy is even still there?

Drops off Dayned the Insane.
He's a c healing cleric, dont know if he gates, didnt let him try.
4 mobs in the room and possibly 1 wanderer.
He was light blue to a 64, as were 2 of the other mobs in the room.
The resistance miner in the room was green and took the place of the 4th static mob.
He's in the room to the north of the loop in the se. Sry dont have a loc offhand.
Edit: Think i found loc, +130 -830

It looks like a High Apprentice's Eitchatka if you know what that looks like. Just claws when equiped.
