Drops from The Ward of Life, during the first part of the Khati Sha event.
Anyone know if this even drops n e more since they revamped Acrylia??

I don't know for sure wether there is a ring event in AR but I do know for a fact that the ring of fire event takes place in Acrylia Caverns, I done it before.

Ring of fire event was nerfed about a year ago.
I would therfore say that this item is no longer available if that was from whence it came.

I was looking into getting a Coral Ring. Now that I see this I have another option, assuming it drops from a normal exp mob. So who drops it?
This would drop most likely during the Life/death ward rings. The Ring of Fire is removed from Acrylia, and dont be looking for it to come back any time soon. Not off normal xp mobs, but from an event that takes 5-6 groups, just for the how much you have to spread your dps
