I have Golden Chitterling Wings and dont know what to do with them. Anyone know what quest?

I think this is a message from the "bruthas" out there on the EQ staff. Its a soul food refference. "Chit'lins" if you sound out the actual spelling would sound something like "Chitterlings".

I really don't think this is used in any quest. These are a light source, similar to a Wisp's no rent Burned-out Lightstone. Chitterlings can also drop other wings (forget the names right now) that are the equivalent of Lightstones and Greater Lightstones in their light radius.

For whatever it might be worth, Burned-out Lightstones do have a use (poison making). However, it should be noted that these wings are not marked tradeskill. That doesn't mean they aren't used in a quest, but just some misc. info. :)
