dont buy it. im lvl 75 and it stinks. my safe fall is like 240 something and it was +11 on 2 stats i didn even check which ones sorry.
Yup all Ykesha charms are crap don't buy any of them. Instead get the hot zone charm from Akheva Ruins.

Unfortunately, since Bard Safe Fall caps at 40 skill, this would be a wasted item.
Although, if you don't have anything in the charm slot, this is better than nothing ;)
My guesstimate of the stats at 40 skill would be 1ac 2str 2 dex. (Going off a 1-point stat increase per 20 skill.)
The Charm of Deception which drops in the Shrine in Nadox is a much better option.

Okay, I'm looking at my lvl17 (pretty close to starting) Vah Shir Bard, his safe fall is DEFINITELY 50. Btw The charm with a safe fall of 50 is +2 str and +2 dex, thats it.
Has anyone tried this on a bard or a rogue (whose skill caps at 94 except perhaps for a Vah Shir) ? Does it just give stats for the skill capped level or does it take into account skill caps and give you full effects if your safe fall is maxed to the full extent of your ability?

63 Var Shir Rogue reporting Safe Fall skill capped at 94, and it didnt start out at 94 either. Who ever heard of a kitty cat that fell on its back. Safe fall should b maxxed for Rogues much further down the road, maybe 150-175. 94 is, well, just lame for a class that's designed to infiltrate/scout/and just cause general mayhem IMHO.

No they don't. They start at 50 and stop at 94, just like all other rogues.

That's not entirely true. Vah Shir Bards start the game with Safe Fall of 100. Following the formula you assume, that would make this a 1ac 5Str 5Dex item. Not too shabby.

Found in the description..
"Dropped by a Luggard Abomination, conned Blue to 56 Monk."
I'm guessing he means Luggald Abomination instead. These are found in the "castle" type area of the zone at the end of the mines, And they aren't "Special" mobs. So it may be random.
