Sounds good for some cha gear, but then again as a troll what good would 5 whole charisma do for me, I also cant wear it....the name sounds kinky though, good for gag wedding gifts, mabye mix that with some leather armor, leather whip, words of bondage, shackles, you get the point....I hope.

the silk evening tunic is sold by one Iala Lenard in the little plaza between bank and docks for about 5pp and some change...almost 6...

If you need Charisma gear, this is a great low end item.
If you still can't find her is SQ, start at the bank and run to the bard's guild (while staying in the zone). About half way to the bard's guild, you will run by a vendor standing underneath a tent. She is the vendor that you want to talk to. I believe the item is below the fold, so you will have to scroll down her list of items.
You can buy it for 6pp and it gives you +5 CHA. I am not sure what the exchange rate is for CHA, but 1pp per CHA seems pretty good to me.

I carry a doll from LOIO as part of my charisma set, but it's hard to pass as a druid in Faydark ringmail (looks like ivy). This should definitely help the masquerade.

Yes..there is a merchant that sells them in SQ. She is outdoors near four or five other merchants. I forgot her name tho :(

Is this a joke? Or is it really sold? I'm trying to stock up on CHA gear and would hate to run to all the way to Qeynos to find out that this is a hoax....
It really is sold...I carry it everywhere as part of my set of CHA gear for dealing with vendors. It cost me about 6pp if I remember right, and has saved me hundreds if not thousands when dealing with merchants.
