Warmaster Mragoc drops both the sandals and a BP, he spawns at location neg 544 pos 2317 inside the hut. His PH was just a troll commoner i belive :) hope that helps

they drop from warmaster mubglok or something like that in one of the huts next to Dulak zone. He is a RARE spawn. Light Blue to me at level 60, so hes about 45. He was pretty tough, pet took him down in about 2 min. Hope this info helps ya.
