So . . . where is Chester?
Chester is in Dulak. You zone if from the caves, and there's a secret wall on the left. The light house menioned in Gunthak is the one in Dulak. Follow the path till you see some stairs on your right that go down. Chester pops down there. Invis and sow make it much easier.
When you find Chester and give him the necklace, you'll get your spell and he will attack you. Prolly the best thing would be to root and scoot.

Necklace is no drop and called 'a black medallion'. It drops from any marauders it seems. Once you give it to Millus (the erudite paladin near lighthouse), he will turn it back (name changed) and ask you to give it to Chester once you find him... TADA... good luck

Kill the Marauders doesnt matter what race any can drop a no drop necklace that you need just hand it in for your spell.

There is a paladin Erudite on the island near the bank in gunthak. He speaks of a missing girl, and a key. Where this all leads is unknown, ill post more tonight when I explore this further!
It is believed that the spell is quested somehow with this Erudite
