Hey, just wanted to explain why it is that the price I put down says 39. I originally put into the little text box a number of 3.9 as in 0.1 less than 4, when I added the price it didn't include the decimal. So, my price value is not 39 but, 3.9. Though, anyone who has farmed and sold these things should know to put the decimal in upon seeing 39.

On one day i was camped at a gob camp in Butcherblock , and every goblin dropped a head and a vial . in one hour i had by 20 vials and 20 heads if you do the math 40 times 3 pp 7 gold and some scrap thats a lot of money so i camped there for an hour or 5 and i was almost 1.5 k richer !

When I sell my vials and heads to the dwarf vendor by the LDON camp, I get 4.1pp each, and I'm an Erudite Chanter with 98 charisma and no Illusion up.

In Butcher Block head south along the shore from the docks until you see the Aqua Goblin camps. Turn East, you will go past a building with two dwarf guards outside. Remember this place. Continue heading due east from this point. You will come to a bandit camp. Make sure you give this camp a wide enough berth so as not to agro the bandits. Enter the ravine behind the bandit camp and you will soon find a small camp of Green Goblin Warriors (I don't have the /loc at the moment). There are three of them. One spawns out by the fire, the other two spawn inside each of the two tents. I'm not sure what level they are, but my LVL 12 ENC had no trouble taking down the whole camp with a mez-pull and got xp to boot. With few exceptions they dropped either a Green Goblin Head or Vial of Green Goblin Blood, sometimes both. They respawn about once every 10-15 minutes. Plenty of time for a mana recharge. If you manage to spread out your kills, you can get them poping up one at a time after a while with lots of time for a recharge in between.
The blod stacks, the heads don't. Once you have filled up your backpacks with heads and blood, retrace your path to the building with the guards. There is a wood elf vendor inside who will give you 1.2pp+ for each head and vial.
That's over 25pp per stack on the vials!
Camped here for an afternoon while watching football, making one kill every 5-10 minutes I made about 300pp in just a few hours and dinged 13 to boot.

And make sure you sell to the wood elf betweee the bandits and the aqua goblin camps. Other vendors in BB didn't offer me as good a price, even with an Opal Encrusted Stein in each hand and an Alliance spell cast on the vendor.
Oh yeah, they also drop coin. Some gold, mostly silver and copper. But if you kill enough of them, it adds up.
So it's a triple whammy, high priced loot, coin and xp for the LVL 10-13 player. Not a bad way to spend an afternoon if you want to solo while watching TV.

camped all 4 gobbie camps for about an hour came out with 2 stacks of blood vials, 1 in every camp dropped some.
I'd say this is a rather rare drop. I killed a fair number of gobbos, and I've only seen this drop once!
Well i killed one camp worth 'o gobbies in BB mts., and I got 2 of them.
