There are Stonehide Leggings also that have some nice stats on them, namely 22 AC & 100HPs.

Halflings can't wear?? DOH!! Once again, halfling druids get ripped.

Halflings CAN wear this and as far as I know every crafted PoP item can be worn by all races of its classes. They aren't size-specific despite using "medium" sized molds/patterns. Someone must have just overlooked it while entering or submitting it.

The thing is that to get this item you need to get to the elemental planes and farm items there, which is much harder than getting into hot, thus this loot is better.
tailoring...

i know this skill is hard, but it just seems strange to me that through tailoring a person can put out equal and some times bettter armor then what people could get from the velious quest armor. just seems kinda unbalenced to me, considering you can ether go collect gems from some semi hard group/solo spots and then go to ToV and farm the dragons for hours and possibly get hte part u want, or u cna just get a good tailor to make u better?

What's your Tailoring at??? At 153 and moving slowly towards 250....I'm glad they have good stuff out there, that I can look foward to making. I loathed the day, I realized I was a Tradeskill fanatic. May the Gods have mercy on me(and they won't). :P
