Shadows of Luclin
This is an insanely rare drop from the common shadows in Twilight sea. I've spent 100's of hours there farming Swirling shadows and have seen a total of 3 drop. I didn't note whether any were from greater or lesser shadows, but definately not from named.

I must have easily killed 8000 shadows and when I was nearing the very end of my farming for smithing (on Alkabor) one of these dropped from a Lesser Shadow. Insanely rare!!
