These drop only off orc raiders in the Desert of Ro
I have looted several of these in the past 2-3 days in Northern Desert of Ro. The Derv camp 2 is a good place, as well as the orcs that are just roaming. Unfortunately, I am not a monk.

I do believe I looted these from Orc Raiders in the Sothern Desert of Ro.

I have been all over EC and cannot find the toes anywhere. if anyone can give a heads up would appriciate it
