...on an Aqua Goblin Mariner in the gobby camp. Heh - someone killed ole' Squall and dumped his rare drop on a local gobby for a newbie to find. Unfortunately it fell to me, since I was farming Aqua Goblins to get Tidal Lords to spawn for the water ring.
I see me putting this back in play in a low level zone very soon :)

This is the first armour piece I've seen which can be equipped by BST: Beastmaster. I'm hoping for animations of eyepatches, myself.
