As far as I can tell, Glittering Ring drops from any of the prisoners in the central cell block of 16 cells -- the ones with no faction hits. I don't think it drops anywhere else. It can take a few clearings to get one.

i have the raw diamonds needed to make the rings and the ring items.. all i need is the crystallized eye and alkaline stone.. if anyone can tell me where a link to the map of the zone is that had the caves in it plz tell me email me at bones_cornet@yahoo.com and put map in sublect plz thanks for your time.

These are very common rings. I saw 7-8 of them for sale in the Povar Bazaar...pricing ranged from 10-50 pp. The other components were no where to be found as they are much harder to obtain.

You are correct is is a component isn the glitterint ring of Judgement. A nce wisdom caster ring 10 ac, 20 wis, 50 hp's.
Trouble is, these, in comparrison to the other 2 components are common and easy to get.
The Alkaline etched stone required drops from the worms in the caves behind the secret wall in Justice. The 2 Crystalised cloudy eyes drop from the beetles in the same caves.
Very few people hunt these areas The walls are buggy and adds through agro there are common. The drops are pretty rare too. So that's why not many rings are found for sale, and the prices are high.

the pathing and aggro problems have been fixed in these caves, or atleast i havent gotten any surprize adds when pulling at level 65

Does anyone know the value of these. I got one and it's useless to me, and was wondering how much they are worth. I don't know if someone was pulling my leg, but I was told this was a component to make the glittering ring of judgement, which goes for around 10-40k, so being the case means this glittering ring would go for around 3-8k. Basically, I'm just seeking clerification of a value.

droped off one of the prizoners near the zone out today, stackable
have had a few drop now. 2 off of the first floor prisoners, 1 off the 2nd floor prisoners and 1 off a guard on the 2nd floor so seems to be a random drop in zone tho havent seen it drop off mobs near the basement, havent hunted there as much as the other areas tho.
