allakhazam is saying this is a level 55 spell, but spell itself says cleric level 65 - however, difficulty of 262 equates to level 62. Sony been playing SO many games they cannot keep their stories straight

A while back they went through and did some changes to the system. If your class gets the same spell as another class, and at a lower level, you can get the same spell for the same cost at your own vendor.
The English version of that:
Enchanters get the spell Pacification at level 62 (Ethereal Parchments). Therefore....Clerics get the spell using an Ethereal Parchment turn in at their own vendor.

I used Ethereal Parchment and handed it into the Cleric NPC and got this spell and lvl 61.
You can use an Ethreal parch to get this spell. Turn it into the chanter NPC to get the spell. I got it on first try.
