Planes of Power
These make a cool little planes armor. However, you need 3x Nightmarewood Sap, an ULTRA-RARE drop, to complete a single piece of armor. If you really want to make this armor, I suggest that you begin with the saps and then decide if you want to carry on with the endeavor.

whats the drop rate on these silks? hopefully not as bad as the trash mobs =/
Anyone know if the drops have been chnaged on these or are they still rare as hell?
They drop common. Got 2 stacks in 2 1/2 hours

If you are bored these aren't very hard to take out. Go to the gargoyles which are right next to where these kids spawn. You should see a couple of ghastly bats in front of the gargoyle castle. Ghastly bats are level 58 druid charmable do NOT summon and make very good pets. just harmony pull these guys and throw a couple heals at your pet and they're dead. if you're having a good charming night u can take 3 or so before recharm but be prepaired to zone or egress if charm wears off. Forgot to mention you must have Command of Tunare to charm the bats.

Nightmare Arachnid Silk drops off of predatory creepers and loathsome creepers across the river in Plane of Nightmare.
These creepers are very hard, loathsome are immune to root/snare making them much harder than predatory ones. They have around 20k hp, hit for around 500 max, and proc Paralyzing Venom which causes you to feign death and lose aggro.
