If you turn it in to an NPC in Plane of Innovation along with an intact power cell and a bundle of super conductive wires he will take a walk through the zone and spawn the dragon Xanamech. Killing him will get you flagged for the factory. I'm just waiting on the copper node to drop before I start finding people to help take him down.
