Enchanted sheet metal to make the components to an ice cream churn. :) it's one thing that every great baker needs. Go make one....wait no you may not be able to because ALLAKHAZAM left out AGAIN that ice cream churn components are not smithed all the way thru but TINKERED!!! pick a gnome and get to IT!

Which part is trivial at 108, buying it from the merchant, or casting the enchanter spell "enchant steel" on it?

There is no smithing at all involved in making this.
