Got mine off a Frost Giant Scout in GD. Still looking for what it is used for. Will post if I find out.

Has anyone figured it out yet?
As my monk, I was in groups killing hundreds of giants in GD and I saw maybe half a dozen of these drop, but as yet no one I have talked to knows what quest they are for. Since they are a new drop though, it must be either a new quest or one that is just not yet implemented.

Any idea what quest these are for? I've been hunting in GD for a long time and these seem to have just started dropping recently. I'm not certain these are exactly common, I was killing giants for 3 straight days and only had one of these drop.

I am wondering also what these are for. Got one of a giant in first bridge in Kael on EW side.
