On Agnarr dropped off of High Priest M`kari (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=52380)
Need confirmation this is still dropping off Vicar M`Kari in Plane of Hate.
Does the match up on progression servers or is the drop on Inny for a time?
We need a modern item window pic of this item.

I'm thinking that since 90% of the mobs in the Tak dungeons are summoned creatures that a cleric useing this item could make a large dent impact on the groups total DPS. Just a thought

Got this over the weekend from the High Priest M'Kari. It's a pretty nice piece for a 49th cleric, rotating in and out as needed with my Dark Ember. I don't have either my epic or my proccing hammer so this works for me. :)

at first when i saw this, i thought it was kinda sucky for an Inny drop. But you got 7 wis for a weapon and thats not bad. But many clerics by the time they can kill Inny either have their epic or the summonable Hammer of Judgement (lvl 56) which puts this to shame.
So I guess what I'm saying is that this item is unfortuneatly obsolete. At least for Clerics over 56, since the Hammer of Judgement procs a 140pt DD on all mobs, not just summoned. The 7 wis is ok if you don't have a book or doll in your primary and you like to melee once in a while. Seems like it was pretty good back in its day though.

It is no drop so it doesn't go for anything and it drops on a plane that requires level 46 to zone into. So, proc lvl is effectively 46.

Actually, on Firiona Vie since there is no no drop, the proc level is 1. Though you can't enter the zone until 46 you could see this sold on the market. Not sure what the cost would be though, I haven't seen one yet~.

Legios, actually they did..Verant put up an entire new floor when PoG came out. There is no reason they could not have updated Inny's loot table at that time, like they did with CT in Fear.
On Brell two of the uber guilds are allied and every patch they go on an all day raid killing the Dain, Avataur of War, several Dragons, CT, and other Boss MoBs (because of the size of the Plane they usually wait a day to kill Tunare). However, they will tell anyone that Inny is a waste of their time and they never touch him. Heck, they rate Draco as having better drops than Inny.

They updated Inny's loot table at or about the same time they updated CT's loot table. This item and the rest of the items that used to drop off Inny were moved to mini-bosses just like CT's loot was moved to the Golems in Fear.
