afteer about 100 poachers and 6 nameds at the fire one of the nameds dropped this item, great collar for m,y classic druid.
another one dropped about 10 mobs later off another named of course

killed about 50 of these guys today, got 2 nameds and also yurik 9 times, no sign of collar for my classic druid yet

His name is Yranik Blackguard and don't waste your root....just ensnare and then nuke.
I got mine off the high level guy that's named (in the Poacher camp), but doesn't drop a head. He can be snared and rooted, but you'll be lucky if root lasts 2 ticks. For the life of me I can't remember his name, but it seems like he comes out of nowhere with a huge agro range. I'm guessing level 45 or so.

A normal poacher dropped this for me.
Aye - I have looted 6 of these, one off a normal poacher and the rest off named ones, so it *is* possible.
This dropped off of Ned Sticklebush at the poacher camp for me. Might drop from others, but the only one I killed was him and dropped this.
I looted one of these off Vaurien Sticklebush, so I'm guessing any of the Named poachers has a chance of dropping this.
