This is a 5th AA Mount for SK's.
You need the Ornate Barding, a /claim item from the PoR expansion.
You also need your first AA Mount purchased.
Then go see Stable Ward Rames in Bazaar.
Just hail him and follow along to get this AA added you your AA's (free).
You get to keep the Ornate Barding.
Click / activate the AA to to get the item (to drop on your keyring).
